All items can be covered by transit insurance, which is optional and not included in the initial quote. We also carry public liability insurance of £2,000,000.

We always arrange a home visit when providing a quote to ensure no surprises on your removal day. What should you expect from this visit? Here’s what we’re inspecting:

On the removal day, we arrive at an agreed time to suit you. The items will be transported to the van and larger items will be roped. Where needed, carpets will also be covered. For mortgage purchases, we will allow enough time to load before the 2pm deadline. Should you need storage, we can sort it out, too, via a third party storage facility.

Commercial removals work slightly differently, but our high standards remain untouched. In this case, arranging in items in the van depends on your preferences. Items needed first will be loaded last. For commercial moves, you have two payment options – on completion or within 30 days. The desired payment option must be agreed upon prior to the move.
